This past weekend, Plus Therapeutics’ Andrew Sims and Conroy Campbell proudly participated in the Winship 5K, supporting the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University and its mission to advance lifesaving cancer research.
The annual Winship 5K unites cancer survivors, families, advocates, and healthcare professionals to raise funds that directly support research and innovative therapies for patients battling cancer. This year’s event was especially meaningful as it coincided with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to honoring those impacted by breast cancer and increasing awareness of the need for early detection and new treatment options.
“Supporting cancer research initiatives like the Winship 5K reflects our commitment to advancing innovation and improving outcomes for patients with cancer,” said Andrew Sims, CFO.
