Dr. Randy D’Amico is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in the treatment of brain and spine tumors at Lenox Hill Hospital, part of Northwell Health. He serves as Director of the Brain and Spine Metastasis Program and is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. His clinical and research interests focus on advancing minimally invasive and precision-based surgical strategies for metastatic disease, integrating technologies such as connectomics, spatial computing, and AI-driven diagnostics.

Dr. D’Amico leads multiple clinical trials investigating innovative approaches to tumor visualization, intraoperative mapping, and treatment monitoring.
