Advancing Treatment for Glioblastoma with the RESPECT-GBM Clinical Trial

As part of our mission to innovate in oncology, Plus Therapeutics is actively enrolling patients in the RESPECT-GBM Phase 2 clinical trial, a study designed to evaluate a novel radiotherapeutic—Rhenium-186 Obisbemeda—for the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma (GBM).

Glioblastoma is the most aggressive and lethal form of brain cancer, and new treatment approaches are urgently needed. Through precision delivery of radiation directly into the tumor site, our goal is to improve outcomes while minimizing systemic side effects.
